We know how disappointing it can be when a package doesn’t arrive as expected. That’s why we offer Manna Shipping Protection as an optional add-on for all orders.


If you purchased Manna Shipping Protection

You’re fully covered. If your package was damaged, lost, or stolen:

    1.    Reply directly to your order confirmation email or contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected].

    2.    Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

    3.    Our team will quickly arrange a replacement shipment for you—no carrier claims required.


If you did not purchase Manna Shipping Protection

We’ll still do our best to support you, but please note that without protection, we cannot always replace lost, stolen, or damaged packages free of charge.

👉 As a one-time courtesy, we usually allow customers to retroactively add Manna Shipping Protection to their active subscription so that a missing or damaged order can be replaced and all future shipments are automatically covered.
