International Returns – Do I Have to Pay Taxes or Customs Fees?Updated a month ago
At Manna Vitality, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, international returns are more complex than domestic ones, and we want to be transparent about what to expect.
✨ Preferred option: Store Credit
If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re happy to offer store credit for the full value of your purchase. This is usually the easiest and most cost-effective option, as it avoids international shipping and customs complications.
📦 If you still wish to return your order internationally
• You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your local authorities.
• These costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by Manna Vitality.
• Our standard return policy also applies: fewer than five sachets may be used, capsule bottles must remain sealed, and all items from promotional bundles must be returned together. A $22 USD restocking fee will also be deducted.
• Refunds are only processed once the products have been safely received and inspected at our U.S. warehouse.
🌸 Skincare Range (Face Oils & Moisturizers)
Due to the handcrafted, preservative-free, and hygienic nature of our skincare range, we’re unable to accept returns for any of our face oils or moisturizers, including for international orders.
Each formula is made in small batches for personal use, and once opened, it cannot be safely restocked or resold.
In special circumstances, our team may consider a store credit as a gesture of goodwill at our discretion.
Because of the cost and logistics of international shipping, we always encourage our international customers to consider store credit as the simplest and most supportive option.
This approach ensures you retain full value and allows you to continue your Manna Vitality journey when it best suits you — without the added burden of customs delays or shipping fees.
