If I'm not happy with my Manna products, can I get a refund?Updated 16 days ago
Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting our Customer Support Team directly at [email protected].
To qualify for a refund:
• Sachet products: Fewer than five sachets may be used from the box.
• Capsule products: Bottles must be unopened with the outer safety seal still intact.
• If your order was part of a promotion or bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned and each must meet the refund requirements above.
• A $22 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to help cover handling costs.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
👉 If you meet these requirements and would like to request a return, simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact our support team, and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
