Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting our Customer Support Team directly at [email protected].
✅ To Qualify for a Refund
Sachet products: No more than five sachets may be used from the box.
Capsule products: Bottles must be unopened with the outer safety seal still intact.
Bundles or Promotions: If your order was part of a promotion or bundle, all items must be returned together, and each must meet the refund requirements above.
A $22 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover handling and processing costs.
🌸 Skincare Range (Face Oils & Moisturizers)
Due to the handcrafted, preservative-free, and hygienic nature of our skincare range, we’re unable to accept returns for any opened or used face oils or moisturizers.
Each batch is made fresh and designed for individual use, so once opened, it cannot be safely restocked or resold.
In select cases, our team may consider a store credit as a gesture of goodwill, at our discretion.
📦 How to Request a Return
Reply to your original order confirmation email or contact us at [email protected], confirming your items meet the return requirements and that you’d like to request a return.
Our Customer Support Team will issue you a prepaid USPS return label and full instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund (minus the $22 handling fee) will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
