⚠️ Important Note: The following return process applies to domestic (U.S.) orders only. If you are an international customer, please see our article: International Returns – Do I Have to Pay Taxes or Customs Fees?
At Manna Vitality, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
• Sachets: Fewer than five sachets may be used from the box.
• Capsules: Bottles must be unopened with the outer safety seal intact.
• Bundles or Promotions: If your order was part of a bundle or promotion, all items must be returned together, and each item must meet the above requirements.
• A $22 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
⚠️ Please note: If products do not meet these requirements, they will not be eligible for a refund. Ineligible returns may also incur additional handling fees, so please do not proceed unless your items qualify.
How to Request a Return
1. Reply to your original order confirmation email or any of our support emails, confirming that you meet the above requirements and would like to return your order.
2. Our Customer Support Team will generate a prepaid USPS return label for you.
3. Print the label, attach it securely to your package (cover/remove old labels), and drop it off at USPS.
4. Reply back to let us know once you’ve posted it (a quick “Dropped off today” is perfect).
5. You can track your return on its way back to us using the link provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked back into our system, your refund (minus the $22 restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank.
